“One of the things I enjoy most of all is doing individual income tax returns for those clients I see only once year. For one hour one time each year I sit with a family to go over their tax and financial matters, that represents a snapshot of what went on with that family during the year. Having been doing this for over 30 years now, the toddlers that accompanied my clients years ago, are now in my office with toddlers of their own. I have watched families grow, deal with adversity, welcome children and grandchildren and rejoice in their accomplishments, plan retirement and sadly, say goodbye to loved ones. There is no other aspect of my career that I enjoy more, and continue to enjoy, than the relationships I've made with my wonderful clients. "

“There is an old saying that the devil is in the details. That's what I do and that's what I love. Clients often forget about how important it is to collect all the necessary information and to be vigilant in ensuring that their file is complete and accurate. Some of my colleagues make fun of me, calling me a hovering mother when it comes to my client files. It doesn't bother me and, in fact, I’m proud of it. Our clients can be assured that someone is paying attention to details"

I've gotten to know my clients through their numbers - they speak volumes!"
